When I joined Acusis in 2004, the first question I asked was, “Will I be able to take up the CMT test?” The reply I got reminds me of Dr. Kalam’s words,“All of us do not have equal talent, but all of us should have equal opportunity to develop our talents.” Acusis is one such place where opportunities are endless!

I always knew my first and foremost challenge in becoming a CMT was presenting myself as a “potential” candidate to be sponsored by Acusis where everyone strives to do better every day. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the management team for believing in me and giving me this opportunity.

Once the opportunity came my way, I knew my mission was half completed, for I had heard so much about our training team’s meticulous job in preparing candidates for “THE EXAM.” If not for the guidance of my fellow QA team members and the training team, my dream of becoming a CMT would have been very difficult and my special thanks are due to them!

The next unexpected challenge I faced was at home, in the form of another aspiring CMT, my toddler son!! It is the CMT materials that interested him the most, not the colorful toys and books that we have bought for him!!! So, I could study only late into the midnight. And I owe my success in the exam to God, my family and friends for restoring the belief in myself each time I felt I was not doing well.

Acusis is one of the very few organizations which has a very clear vision and knows exactly where it has to go and I am glad to be part of such a wonderful team!
