It is truly a wonderful feeling to be a part of this special team of CMTs in Acusis. My journey from an IMT to a CMT has truly been a steep learning curve, taking me through various ups and downs and giving me a lot in terms of experience both on personal and professional fronts.

CMT has always been a dream for most MT industry professionals, but most of us have no idea about how to get there. But now with support from Acusis, all that I had to do was to appear for the exam on the specified date with absolutely no tension regarding rest of the details. I owe a great deal of gratitude to the management for making things so easy and for all its support and encouragement in helping me reach the highest pinnacle of my career. This achievement has made me more passionate about my work than ever before, enabling me to learn and perform better.

I was also fortunate to have undergone the training program consisting of preparatory and simulation tests which did help me to a large extent. Thanks to the training department for making this possible! Preparation period was indeed the best with a lot of ups and downs and tension-filled days going up to weeks until the final day arrived. This period made me realize “Back to Basics” is the keyword for success in clearing CMT.

It would be naïve to think of CMT as a destination as I truly believe that it only opens a new door of learning path for us.

Acusis is one of very few companies that take initiative in driving CMT certification for employees. I feel proud to be a part of such an organization.
