Once you have successfully completed Acusis’ online screening test, you will have an e-mail in your mailbox within a couple of minutes giving you clear instructions on how you can download the Acusis testing software application called "ATTA" and login using your personalized username and password to complete the Acusis comprehensive testing at your own convenience and comfort within 6 days of applying to Acusis.

What kind of transcription testing is done?
Acusis Comprehensive Testing:

  • Total duration: 120 to 150 minutes (can vary depending on the test randomly allocated to you as you login)

  • Location: Test can be taken from your own home, an internet café or by visiting the Acusis office by appointment. All you need is a high-speed broadband connection, uninterrupted power, and of course the conducive environment that allows you to do your best.

  • Nature of the test: If you have applied for a Home Transcriptionist position: To test the candidate’s ability to independently transcribe 1 to 2 reports and edit 1 to 2 speech recognized text multi-specialty reports with different work types and multiple accents.

  • HT Eligibility score: >96% transcription accuracy consistently across all the files within the stipulated time.

*You are free to use your preferred headsets and reference materials during testing.

What kind of transcription testing is done?
You will receive an email within 3 working days after having completed the Acusis ATTA test as the Acusis Evaluation team completes your test scoring diligently. Acusis email will only state whether you are SELECTED or NOT SELECTED or RETEST. We shall not declare or discuss specifics of your test performance.

The SELECTED candidates move into the next step of Acusis Concept Presentation and would be well-informed within their email about how to go about with descriptions and related timelines.
