HQCA Induction is a 30-day holistic and highly customized process that you conveniently participate from the comforts of your own home. You will follow a daywise agenda of learning and orientation to clear overall quality and productivity criteria of your chosen account thus proving your total readiness to go-live in a thoroughly prepared manner instead of ad hoc readiness.
This specialized program combines:
a) Live and personal high speed audio/video interaction with Acusis trainer via Microsoft Live meeting (for which Acusis will provide necessary access and license) for that personal touch & motivation.
b) Access to online "e-Mentor Induction Gateway" complete with a suite of audio-video modulewise tutorials that you can play, rewind, and forward to suit your pace/style of learning.
Acusis covers you during the entire induction period with a fixed secure salary (as outlined in the roadmap document) so that you can focus on learning without any pressure or insecurity of losing your monetary income.
This process shall ensure that you as an HQCA is well trained and proven to use Acusis software, adhere to customer specifications, and follow the right communication protocol. The mode of training shall be 20% instruction based and 80% hands-on practicals.
Most importantly, during this process one would understand Acusis, its people, and values better. You would also be introduced to the key people with whom who would be interacting.
