HQCA Induction is a 15-day holistic and highly customized process that you can participate either by visiting the Acusis office daily if you desire and prefer. You are welcome to also conveniently participate in this program from the comforts of your own home by logging onto Acusis webex daily. The program would be all complete with fine audio-video live conference presentations all guided and executed by our elite Acusis team of trainers who are all certified medical trancriptionists (CMTs).
Acusis covers you during the entire induction period with a fixed secure salary so that you can focus on learning without any pressure or insecurity of monetary income.
This process shall ensure that the HQCA is well trained and proven to use Acusis software, adhere to customer specifications, and follow the right communication protocol. The mode of training shall be 20% instruction based and 80% hands-on practicals.
Most importantly, during this process one would understand Acusis, its people, and values better. You would also be introduced to the key people with whom who would be interacting after you go home based.
At the end of the process, the expectation is to have an HQCA who is completely prepared and confident to unleash his full potential to earn greater income and enjoy rewards of a trustworthy relationship with Acusis, all from your very own home.
